We don't take on every search that comes our way and we can't always help every candidate who shares their information with us. We do take our time to understand what every potential client needs and review every candidate's information. Inherent in both of these actions, we're seeking to make a connection.
A connection can come in a broad array of knowledge or feelings for one another. Typically, people refer to that moment when things "click" and there's a realization that we're a fit with one another - we can find who you need or we have a habit of filling roles you'd be interested in pursuing. That's what we both want to have happen. It always seems that trust is a fundamental element when defining whether a connection is possible.
